With more than 14 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance, Jake founded Fortune Capital Group to provide a seamless, efficient, and results-driven experience for both borrowers and lending partners. His mission is simple: deliver exceptional financing solutions while building long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and execution.

At his core, he is a salesperson, strategist, and negotiator passionate about helping clients achieve their investment goals.

Michael brings almost 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, underwriting, and capital markets execution. He leads the structuring and analysis of complex financing transactions across multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial assets nationwide.

Prior to joining Fortune Capital Group, Michael spent more than twelve years at Meridian Capital Group, where he arranged and closed over $4.5 billion in commercial real estate financing.

Michael also founded Pine Brae Holdings, acquiring and repositioning a seven-building multifamily portfolio in NJ valued at over $30M. He is a CPA and licensed real estate salesperson in New York, and began his career at Deloitte Tax LLP.

Asher specializes in commercial mortgage underwriting and capital placement, structuring and underwriting debt for multifamily, mixed-use, and ground-up construction projects nationwide.

His work centers on financial modeling, rent roll analysis, market research, and deal sizing — designing financing structures that maximize proceeds while managing risk on both sides of the table.

Asher holds an MBA from Yeshiva University, graduating at the top of his class. He is known for turning complex deals into clear narratives that give lenders confidence.

Joseph specializes in debt origination and capital advisory services. Prior to joining Fortune Capital Group in January 2025, he spent two and a half years as Lead Underwriter at Silver Dome Capital, evaluating and structuring over $250 million in commercial real estate deals.

Known for his relationship-driven approach, Joseph focuses on building long-term partnerships with borrowers, owners, and industry professionals. He combines a strong underwriting background with a client-first mindset to identify creative financing solutions tailored to each client's unique objectives.
